Hi, I’m Jennifer!

I’m an intuitive energy healer based in Charlotte, North Carolina working virtually and in-person when you’re ready to go deeper than the traditional tools.

A little about me: I’m a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience including leading multiple yoga teacher trainings and retreats. I’ve brought healing mindfulness and breath work to D1 college athletes and groups. And as of 9 years ago I’m also a certified Advanced Energy Healer trained and mentored by famed Medical Intuitive and Author, Christine Lang, and beloved Goop contributor and Intuitive, Dana Childs.

I host a show called Oui Talk Raw on Rbeatz Radio. And most Monday afternoons you can find me doing in-person readings at the Sanctuary Imports shop in Charlotte. What ties all of it together? I help you hear yourself again. Shift your energy. Change your life!

  • Energy is the layer of frequency underneath your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

    Healing is shifting that energy so hurt can flow out and love can flow in.

    This happens by tuning in to different aspects of you that come up. It may include:

    ❋ Receiving messages from Spirit, angels, ancestors, the plant, animal, or mineral kingdoms, etc.

    ❋ Gaining deeper intuitive awareness of your past, present, and future.

    ❋ Moving stuck energy out.

    ❋ Clearing energetic cords between you and someone else.

  • Most growth work only works with your mind. Energy healing goes much deeper, in your body, spirit, and energy, where the stuck stuff actually lives.

  • Since the energy of the group is being accessed live, a replay would be much less valuable than the live experience. And I always want you to get the most value possible!

    So there’s replay, no recording, no watching it later.
