Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 1st, 2026
By visiting jenniferbusco.com, booking a session, or using any of the services offered here, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or book a session.
Who these terms cover
In these Terms & Conditions, "I," "me," "my," "Jennifer Busco," and "the practice" refer to Jennifer Busco. "The Site" refers to jenniferbusco.com and any pages or services connected to it. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits the Site, books a session, joins the email list, or otherwise uses what's offered here.
I offer one-on-one intuitive energy healing sessions (virtual and in person in Charlotte, North Carolina), occasional group classes and workshops, a free email newsletter, and free content such as articles and social posts (together, the "Services").
Please read first: the nature of this work
This is the most important section on the page, so I'm putting it near the top.
Energy healing is a complement to the good care you're already giving yourself — not a replacement for it. My sessions, and everything I share on this Site, support your spiritual, emotional, and energetic well-being. They are not medical care, psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for working with a licensed physician, therapist, psychiatrist, or other qualified professional. I am not a licensed medical or mental-health provider, and nothing I offer should be understood as medical or mental-health advice. If something in your body or mind needs that kind of support, please reach out to a licensed provider — and keep them in the loop. The most grounded healing happens when everyone supporting you can work together.
Please never start, stop, or change any medical treatment, medication, or mental-health care based on a session with me or anything you read here. Always talk to your licensed provider first.
Please also hear this clearly: so much of what shapes a life is not your fault. Systems of oppression, injustice, abuse, and harm are real — and they are not something you "attracted" or are being punished for. You did nothing to invite them. You deserve safety, respect, and freedom, full stop. This work is about tending the beliefs and patterns that are yours to tend. It is never about blaming you for what was done to you, or for circumstances you didn't choose.
Results are personal and not guaranteed. Healing isn't linear, and it looks different for everyone. Any descriptions of what clients have experienced, including testimonials on this Site, reflect individual experiences and are not promises of any particular result for you. Take what serves you, leave what doesn't, and give yourself grace.
By booking a session or using the Services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you take responsibility for your own choices, health, and well-being.
If you are ever in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, you deserve real support right now. In the U.S. and Canada you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time of day or night. You're not alone, and reaching out is a strong, loving thing to do.
Who can use the Site
To use the Site or book a session, you must be 18 years or older and able to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. The Site is not intended for anyone under 18.
Information on the Site is offered in good faith and may change over time. I do my best to keep everything accurate and current, but I can't promise the content is complete, error-free, or right for your specific situation.
Booking, sessions & payment
Sessions are currently [50] minutes and are offered virtually or in person in Charlotte, North Carolina. Booking and payment are handled through my scheduling and payment provider (currently Calendly), and your card is charged at the time you book. Your use of that provider is also subject to its terms and privacy policy.
When you book, you'll receive a confirmation by email with the details and, for virtual sessions, a link to join. If anything in your confirmation looks wrong, please let me know as soon as possible at jjbusco@gmail.com.
In-person readings booked through Sanctuary Imports are scheduled and governed by Sanctuary Imports' own booking system and terms, not these Terms.
Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds
Life happens, and I want to be fair about it. Here's the policy:
You may reschedule or cancel up to [24] hours before your session start time, through your booking confirmation or by emailing jjbusco@gmail.com.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than [24] hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time. If you're more than [5] minutes late to a virtual or in-person session without notice, I may treat it as a no-show.
Prepaid sessions are valid for [6 months] from the date of purchase.
Sessions are non-refundable once completed. Uncompleted sessions are fully refundable when a written refund request is sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
If you're not sure whether a session, class, or workshop is right for you, please reach out at jjbusco@gmail.com before you book and ask me anything. I'd genuinely rather help you figure that out than have you book something that isn't a fit.
A note on privacy & confidentiality
I treat what comes up in a session as private, and I won't share your personal information or what we discussed without your permission, except where I'm required to by law. Please understand, though, that because I am not a licensed medical or mental-health professional, our sessions are not protected by legal privilege the way care with a licensed therapist or doctor may be. (How your information is collected and handled on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy.)
Using the Site responsibly
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:
break any law that applies to you;
impersonate anyone or give false information when booking or signing up;
post or send anything through the Site that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of someone's privacy, or that infringes someone else's rights.
You're financially responsible for any bookings or purchases made through your information.
Refusal of service
I reserve the right to decline or end service to anyone, and to limit participation in any session, class, or workshop, at my discretion. I may change or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time. Where I decline service before a session has taken place, I'll refund any payment you made for it.
Content & intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the content on this Site — writing, images, recordings, course and workshop materials, and the overall look and feel — belongs to me and is protected by copyright and other laws. Please don't copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from it without my written permission. You're welcome to share links to the Site.
If you submit anything to me or the Site (for example, a review or testimonial), you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give me permission to use and display it in connection with my practice and marketing. You keep ownership of what you submit. I may remove submitted content at my discretion.
Email & communications
If you join my email list, you're agreeing to receive occasional emails from me. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email. If you book a session, I'll also send you the practical messages needed to coordinate it.
Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to or rely on third-party tools and websites (for example, my scheduling and payment provider, or my social media pages). I'm not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those third parties, and a link isn't an endorsement. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or the Services, including from any session, class, workshop, or content. You take part in the Services voluntarily and at your own risk. If any liability is found despite this, it will not exceed the amount you actually paid me for the specific Service involved (or $100 if you haven't made a purchase). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to hold me harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before pursuing any formal legal action, we agree to first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally, and then through mediation. Any legal proceeding will take place in North Carolina.
The fine print
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Waiver. If I don't enforce a part of these Terms at some point, that doesn't waive my right to enforce it later.
Headings. Section titles are for convenience only.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms; I may.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1st, 2026
By visiting jenniferbusco.com, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. It explains what personal information I collect through the Site, how I use it, and the choices you have. I care about your privacy and I keep what I collect to the minimum I actually need.
The basics
In this Policy, "I," "me," "my," and "Jennifer Busco" refer to Jennifer Busco. "The Site" refers to jenniferbusco.com. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits the Site, books a session, joins the email list, or otherwise uses what's offered here.
"Personal information" means information that identifies you or lets someone contact you — for example, your name, email address, and phone number.
This Site is built and hosted on Squarespace, and I use Calendly to schedule and take payment for sessions. Both of those providers handle some of your information on my behalf, as described below, under their own privacy policies.
What I collect
When you book a session. To schedule and take payment, I (through Calendly, email, or text message) collect things like your name, email address, and any details you choose to add when booking. I keep booking intake intentionally light — there's no long intake form to fill out.
Your payment information. Payment is processed securely through my scheduling provider's payment processor, Stripe via Calendly. I do not see or store your full card number on my own systems; that's handled by the processor under its own security and privacy terms.
When you join my email list. I collect your name and email address so I can send you the newsletter and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing me.
When you contact me. If you email me or use a contact form, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write to me, so I can reply.
What you share in a session. Things you tell me during a session are personal and are handled with care. I won't share them without your permission except where I'm required to by law. (Please note: because I'm not a licensed medical or mental-health provider, sessions are not protected by legal privilege — see the Terms & Conditions for more on that.)
Site activity and analytics. Like most websites, the Site (through Squarespace) automatically records some technical information when you visit — things like your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived. I use this in aggregate to understand what's useful and to keep the Site running well.
Cookies. Squarespace uses cookies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the Site working and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you turn them off.
How I use your information
I use what I collect to:
schedule and deliver your sessions and process payment;
send the emails you've signed up for, and the practical messages needed to coordinate a booking;
respond when you reach out;
understand and improve how the Site works.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I only share it with the trusted providers that help me run the practice — for example, Squarespace (hosting and email), Calendly (scheduling), and the payment processor (payments) — and only so they can perform those services. Those providers are expected to keep your information confidential. I may also disclose information if I'm legally required to, or to protect rights and safety.
Third-party links
The Site links to other places, like my Instagram, Facebook, my radio show, and Sanctuary Imports. Once you leave my Site, those services have their own privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information. It's worth reading their policies too.
Security
I use reasonable measures, and rely on providers (Squarespace and the payment processor) that use industry-standard protections like encryption, to keep your information safe. That said, no method of sending information over the internet is ever 100% secure. You share information with the Site voluntarily, and while I work to protect it, I can't guarantee against every possible interception or unauthorized access.
When you post publicly anywhere connected to the Site (for example, a comment, if comments are enabled), please remember that information can be seen and collected by others — so share thoughtfully.
Children
The Site is intended for people 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If I learn that I've received information from someone under 18, I delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can always:
unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by contacting me;
ask what I have — request a copy of the personal information I hold about you;
ask me to correct information that's wrong;
ask me to delete personal information I hold about you, where I'm not required to keep it.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights over your information. Just email me and I'll help.
How to update your information
To update your email preferences, use the link in any email. For anything else — access, correction, or deletion — email me at jjbusco@gmail.com so I can help take care of it.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as required for record-keeping, tax, or legal reasons. I keep records of bookings and payments, and contact emails, for as long as needed to run the practice responsibly.
Changes to this Policy
I may update this Policy from time to time. When I do, I'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Please check back now and then so you're aware of any changes.
